POLICE / Minor dispute over a water line in Korçë. Fistfight in Kolonjë!

The Korçë Police Commissariat referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against 45-year-old B. H., resident of Korçë, who is suspected of taking the law into his own hands by preventing a 41-year-old from connecting the drinking water line on a jointly owned property currently under litigation.

The Kolonjë Police Commissariat issued a wanted notice for 46-year-old O. M., resident of Ersekë, suspected of threatening, stalking, and punching a 45-year-old. He is also suspected of punching a 64-year-old who was accompanying the 45-year-old.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Sector of Korçë referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against 44-year-old E. L., resident of Prrenjas, for the criminal offense of "Illegal crossing of the state border."

All procedural materials have been forwarded to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
