Accused of attempting to kill with a knife, a citizen extradited from Greece, 39-year-old

As a result of close cooperation between the Interpol structures in Tirana and Athens, the procedure for extraditing the citizen from Greece to Albania was completed:

D. M., 39 years old, resident of Korça.

This individual was wanted internationally because, in February 2025, the Korça Court had issued a “Pre-trial Detention” order for the criminal offense of “Intentional Homicide.”

D. M. is accused of, on February 4, 2025, in neighborhood no. 2, Korça, attempting to kill E. Sh., 40, for petty motives by stabbing him in the chest.

Specialists from the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector of the Korça Police Department carried out the procedural actions to execute the criminal court decision.
