POLICE/ In Korçë: Woman assaults husband, son assaults father. In Kolonjë: Man assaults wife

Korçë Police Department has referred several cases to the Prosecutor’s Office:

* Criminal proceedings have started against K. Z., 29, resident of Korçë, suspected of psychological abuse against her husband, who has been granted a protection order.

* Proceedings have also begun against K. F., 43, who has mental health issues, suspected of psychological abuse against his father.

* Investigations continue following the complaint of K. M., 65, who found one of the windows of his parked car broken near his residence yesterday morning. Authorities are working to clarify the cause and circumstances.

In Kolonjë, the Crime Investigation Specialists referred materials leading to criminal proceedings against G. J., 80, suspected of abusing his wife, who has also been granted a protection order.

All procedural documents have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
