Refuses police inspection in Bilisht, criminal proceedings initiated

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Devoll Police Station referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen G. N., 39 years old, resident of Bilisht, for refusing to comply with a police officer’s order for inspection in the city of Bilisht.

Procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction for further actions.
