Reported by the Democratic Party for blocking the Mandate Council, here’s what SPAC has decided regarding Niko Peleshi

SPAC has decided not to open an investigation into the complaint filed by the Democratic Party against Niko Peleshi, in his capacity as Chairman of the Mandates and Immunities Council.

Peleshi was reported by the Democratic Party for allegedly blocking the Mandates Council, but according to sources, after registering the complaint and conducting a verification, SPAC found no evidence of abuse of office by Peleshi.
