Serious incident / 28-year-old woman falls from a balcony, dies

A serious incident occurred in the Lungomare area of Vlorë, where a 28-year-old woman lost her life after falling from the seventh floor of an apartment building.

According to preliminary information, the circumstances of the incident remain unclear. Investigators are working to determine whether the young woman jumped or whether it was an accidental fall from height.

Sources from the scene report that the trees beneath the building initially softened the impact, which allowed the 28-year-old to be transported alive to the hospital.

Despite doctors’ efforts, she did not survive the severe injuries and passed away.

Immediately after the incident, police forces and the investigative team arrived at the scene and have begun work to fully clarify the case.

So far, authorities have not provided an official explanation regarding the causes that led to this tragic event, while investigations are ongoing.
