Serious incident: Fight breaks out between two minibus drivers, one struck in the head with a metal bar

A conflict between two minibus drivers was reported around 12:00 p.m. near the Kavaja market. According to preliminary information, the confrontation involved Lufti Kaziu and Iljaz Istrefi, while the reasons that led to the dispute remain unknown.

During the altercation, Iljaz Istrefi was allegedly struck in the head with a metal bar. Following the incident, he was transported to Kavaja Hospital, where he received initial medical treatment.

Police forces from Kavaja immediately arrived at the scene and launched an investigation to fully clarify the circumstances of the conflict and determine those responsible.

Meanwhile, Lufti Kaziu, the driver of one of the minibuses, was escorted to the Kavaja Police Station for further investigative procedures.
