Serious incident in Korçë/ Found on the street yesterday and taken to the hospital, 40-year-old Ledion Meçollari passes away

A 40-year-old man passed away this morning in the intensive care unit of the Korçë hospital.

It is learned that 40-year-old Ledion Meçollari was found on the street yesterday and was taken to the emergency department to receive medical assistance. According to the information, he was intoxicated, as he was a user of alcohol and narcotic substances as well.

This morning, his health condition worsened and he passed away. It is recalled that a month ago, the 40-year-old had attempted to end his life by jumping from the balcony of his home.

This suicide attempt happened in front of his children and his wife. The victim is reported to have no signs of violence, and it is suspected that the cause of death was the alcohol and narcotic substances he used.
