A serious incident was recorded last evening in Tirana.
A 47-year-old shot himself with a firearm inside his home on “Sotir Caci” street.
According to the Police, the incident occurred around 21:40, while the reasons that led the 47-year-old to the extreme act are still unknown.
“On 09.03.2026, around 21:40, it is suspected that citizen B.G., 47 years old, committed suicide with a pistol in his home on ‘Sotir Caci’ street. The firearm was seized as material evidence,” the Police statement said.
The investigative group is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
