Skënderbeu holds an intra-squad match: starters and trial talents shine

Yesterday, the Skënderbeu team played an internal control match aimed at assessing the physical and technical condition of the players after the first phase of preparations.

This match served not only to evaluate the level of the starting players from last season but, above all, to closely observe the players competing for a spot on the white-and-red jersey for the upcoming season.

What left a positive impression was the strong presence of young players from Korçë, who come from the club’s academy and are currently on trial. In addition, some foreign players invited by the technical staff took part to test their potential and adaptability to the team’s philosophy.

Starters show consistent form

Among the most notable players in this match were members of last year’s lineup, who demonstrated they have returned to training with dedication and are in good physical shape. Franklin, Bismark, Alia, Randi, Zenullari, and Janaqi gave very positive signals, confirming they remained active even during the transition period and are ready to lead the team in the new season.
