Smuggling toward the border: Uninvoiced goods ‘betray’ 63-year-old man

At the Gorica Border Crossing Point, during a routine check on a vehicle driven by citizen T. A., 63 years old, resident of the village of Zaroshkë, police services discovered and seized several food products and medications that were not accompanied by purchase invoices.

Following procedural actions, citizen T. A. was prosecuted at liberty for the criminal offenses of "smuggling of other goods" and "trading and transporting smuggled goods."

The discovered goods were seized as material evidence.
