The annual analysis of RDPUE Korçë was conducted, a key activity within the framework of institutional transparency and accountability, under the leadership of Director Ms. Vinjola Rota.

With the participation of the heads of 17 subordinate LEO and leaders of institutions across Korçë County, the year’s achievements, performance indicators, and strategic priorities for the upcoming period were presented in detail. During this meeting, a comprehensive overview of the work carried out throughout the year was provided, highlighting key accomplishments, improvements in performance indicators, and best practices implemented in educational institutions.

Special attention was given to the analysis of challenges, aiming to find concrete solutions and increase effectiveness in management and the teaching process.

Central to the discussions were improving the quality of education, strengthening professional standards, and consolidating inter-institutional cooperation as a guarantee for a stronger and more effective education system.
