The author of the stabbing of the 17-year-old during physical education class is arrested!

In a serious incident that occurred on this Thursday afternoon at the “Gjergj Kastrioti” school in the village of Baz, Mat, a student was stabbed during a conflict. The incident took place in the school’s sports area, where two teenagers got into an argument that ended with the use of a sharp object.

The injured party is a 17-year-old boy who was immediately transported to the hospital for medical assistance after being stabbed. Following a swift response from the authorities, the Mat Police were able to identify and apprehend the suspected perpetrator, an 18-year-old man with the initials D.L., who was taken into custody.

According to the information provided by the police, the incident occurred around 10:30 AM and is believed to have been triggered by trivial motives. The two young men involved in the incident, based on preliminary investigations, had no prior conflicts. After quick verification, the sharp object suspected of being used in the incident was seized.

The investigation team, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, continues to investigate the full circumstances and dynamics of the event, while the suspect D.L. remains in custody and is expected to face the legal consequences of his actions.

This case of school violence has raised concerns in the community, highlighting the importance of quick intervention and measures to prevent violence in schools, as well as educating young people on how to manage emotions and conflicts peacefully.
