The newest project of Devoll Municipality: Establishment of the Youth Center in Bilisht

The Municipality of Devoll, co-financed by the Albanian Development Fund, has launched the implementation of an ambitious project for the establishment of the Devoll Youth Center a modern space dedicated to young people and culture.

This important investment will include:

A new city library with contemporary spaces for reading and studying, as well as a digital library with access to online books and audiobooks.

Facilities for trainings, exhibitions, and cultural events, creating more opportunities for youth development.

Areas adapted for persons with disabilities, with guaranteed access through an elevator and appropriate conditions.

A permanent interactive exhibition showcasing the nature and culture of Devoll through modern technology.

The project involves transforming an existing building in the heart of Bilisht into a multifunctional center for education, culture, and youth.

With this investment, the Municipality of Devoll takes a major step forward in creating high-quality public spaces that serve the community.
