Three people assault Shpat Kasapi at “Grand Events”

A family celebration at the “Grand Events” restaurant in Shkabaj, on the Prishtina–Mitrovica highway, turned violent when the well-known singer Shpat Kasapi and Albin Kasapi were physically attacked.

Sources from Sinjali report that the victims are Shpat Kasapi, around 40 years old, and Albin Kasapi, about 47 years old. They stated they were assaulted by Feim Kicaj, approximately 62 years old, Bledar Kicaj, about 36, and Blerim Kicaj, around 29.

One of the injured received medical treatment, while the police have taken both the suspects and victims to the station for questioning.

By prosecutor’s order, Feim Kicaj has been detained for 48 hours, while Bledar and Blerim Kicaj were released under regular procedure. The case is under further investigation by the competent authorities.
