TRAGIC / He suffered cardiac arrest while driving, the police chief dies at the age of 45

Sad news came last night. State Police officer Eduart Biba has passed away at the age of 45.

According to his friends, Biba suffered a cardiac arrest while traveling on the Tirana–Durrës highway.

This tragic news was also confirmed to Newsbomb by the State Police, who expressed their sorrow over the loss of their colleague. Biba served as Head of the Crime Section in the city of Durrës.
