A 37-year-old pregnant woman from Pogradec dies while being transported to Tirana.

A 37-year-old woman, identified by the initials M.K., who was seven months pregnant, was admitted to Pogradec Hospital due to health complications.

Following consultations and medical examinations, doctors decided that the patient should be treated at a specialized hospital in Tirana.

During the transfer to the capital, near Elbasan, the 37-year-old woman developed complications and died.

A forensic autopsy is expected to be carried out to determine the cause of her death.
