Unusual incident/ A person dies stuck in a window during the night

A tragic incident has been reported during the night in the “8 Shkurti” neighborhood in Fier, where a 47-year-old man lost his life under unusual circumstances. The victim has been identified as Ilir Zarka.

According to preliminary information, he is suspected of attempting to break into a three-story house to commit a theft, but during his attempt to enter through a window he became trapped, with half of his body inside and the other half outside. As a result of this situation, he died.

The house belongs to a citizen who has been in Greece for about a month with his children. It was a neighbor who was taking care of the house who discovered the lifeless body and immediately notified the police.

The body of the 47-year-old has been taken to the morgue in Fier, while authorities are continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
