According to the prosecution, proactive investigations and special investigative methods (including wiretaps, surveillance, and other investigative actions) showed that the defendants were involved in illegal activities during the parliamentary elections in Lezhë District.
During the election campaign, they allegedly collaborated to promise, offer, and provide monetary sums to voters in Kurbin Municipality in exchange for voting in a specific way, supporting the Socialist Party.
