At around 09:45, in neighborhood no. 1, Pogradec, a lifeless body was found in the lake, identified as citizen D.O., 87 years old, who is suspected to have drowned.
The initial examination did not reveal any signs of violence.
According to statements from family members, he had left his home at around 05:00 in the morning.
