A verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation, resulting in 4 people being attacked and 5 others coming under investigation

A fight between two groups took place yesterday in the Fresku area of Tirana. The police have launched an investigation into 5 individuals who allegedly assaulted 4 others with punches.

The causes of the fight are unknown, but authorities state that the violence occurred over minor reasons.

Police statement:

"Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of Police Station No. 4 referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating proceedings in a state of liberty against citizens E. M., G. R., T. Z., E. H., and F. H., as in Fresk, in cooperation with each other, for trivial motives, they punched citizens D. B., D. B., F. M., and B. M.," informed the Tirana Police.
