In the peat fields of Maliq, fire outbreaks have appeared deep underground, forcing the Maliq Municipality to intervene with equipment and resources to prevent the spread of flames.

Facing high temperatures and increased risk, the municipality has called on all farmers to exercise extra caution, especially during these hot days when the fields are full of crops.

“Everyone’s effort is needed to get through a summer with as few problems as possible,” the municipality’s announcement states, emphasizing the importance of community cooperation in preventing fires and protecting the agricultural environment.
