An "American" in charge of Kosovo’s Assembly, Dimal Basha receives 73 votes

The institutional crisis in Kosovo has come to an end. After 57 failed sessions, the deputies voted to constitute the Assembly of Kosovo, entrusting the position to the Vetëvendosje deputy, Dimal Basha.

73 deputies voted in favor of Basha’s candidacy. Thus, six months after the February 9 elections, Kosovo will have a functional Assembly, paving the way for efforts to form the new government.
