A police operation in Korçë led to the dismantling of another drug distribution case in the city, resulting in the arrest of a 34-year-old and the processing of a 23-year-old in a released status.

During last night’s checks, a small amount of suspected cannabis was found on the 23-year-old.

Following this, investigations continued, leading to the arrest of the 34-year-old, suspected to be the supplier of the 23-year-old.

Authorities discovered over 30 doses of cannabis prepared for sale at the 34-year-old’s residence.

The case has been referred to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further legal procedures, while police investigations continue to identify additional accomplices and fully document the suspected criminal activity.
