The Dobraç massacre

UNAE carried out checks at the home of Safet Bajri 9 months ago, related to the attack that happened on the afternoon of October 30 in Dobraç, Shkodër, where a vehicle blocked the road of a Mercedes and opened fire with a burst of Kalashnikov rounds.

The victims were Hamza Lici, who died at the scene, Arlind Bushati, who passed away at the hospital, and Flutura Basha, who was a bystander on that road while she was on a motorcycle with her husband. Meanwhile, her husband, identified as Bashkim Basha, died in the hospital five days after the attack.

In the victims’ car, the driver was Hamza Lici and the passenger was Arlind Bushati. Lici lost control of the car, crashing into the motorcycle on which the Basha couple was riding.
