Altin Ndoci, who had been arrested under a SPAC order, managed to escape from the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Durrës, where he was receiving treatment.

It is still unclear how Ndoci managed to flee, as he was considered a high-risk individual.

Ndoci was arrested as part of the “Golden Bullet” operation. Although he was acquitted of some charges related to the murder of four people, he was not released from custody because other charges were brought against him.

He was initially acquitted of charges based on the testimony of Klevis Allë, but later it was revealed that he had lied, losing his status as a cooperating witness.

Ndoci was being held in pre-trial detention based on the testimony of the justice collaborator Nuredin Dumani.

In another case, Altin Ndoci is accused by SPAC and Nuredin Dumani of participating in the murder of Andi Zylyfi and the wounding of Ardit Uruçi, carried out jointly as part of a structured criminal group.

Additionally, Ndoci is accused of illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives, and ammunition, also carried out in cooperation as part of a structured criminal group, in the role of a participant.
