According to circulated information, at least five football players have not renewed their contracts, with one of the main reasons being disagreements over salary or financial terms.
Club officials may have made decisions regarding wages and the budget, likely trying to balance the players’ financial demands with the club’s available resources. If players requested higher salaries than the club could offer, this may have led to their departures.
If the club’s management is committed to bringing in high-quality, experienced players, this will inevitably increase expenses. Experienced players who have competed at higher levels usually demand higher salaries and often longer contracts. This is a delicate balance for clubs to manage because while they may improve quality on the field, the cost of acquiring such players can be significant.
Under these circumstances, there may be plans to reduce spending in other areas to adapt to the new budget or to strike a balance between new talent and experience. Raising the team’s quality will also require a stronger focus on resource management to avoid risking the club’s financial stability.
