Employees of Korçë Hospital still have not received their December salary; Ministry remains silent

Doctors, nurses, support staff, and orderlies at the Korçë Regional Hospital still have not received their December salary. After more than a month of delay and without any official explanation, over 800 employees of this healthcare institution remain unpaid.

The situation has caused concern and dissatisfaction among the staff, who have been performing their duties under difficult conditions for months, ensuring healthcare services for citizens.

Employees emphasize that the delay in salaries is directly affecting their economic and family life.

It is noted that the salaries of these employees are covered by a social insurance fund collected at the end of each year. However, it is still unclear why this delay has occurred or where the bottleneck preventing the payments lies.

So far, there has been no official response from the relevant authorities, while the staff is demanding an immediate solution and respect for their right to be paid for the work performed.
