Fight in Ponçarë ends with criminal proceedings and charges of disobedience to the Police

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Devoll Police Station have referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, which has initiated criminal proceedings against citizens Th. M., 60 years old, and E. M., 24 years old, residents of the village of Ponçarë.

The two individuals are suspected of threatening two other citizens. During their escort to the police station, the 24-year-old E. M. failed to comply with police officers' orders, constituting an additional legal violation.

Investigations are ongoing in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office to fully document the case.
