House arrest violated/ A 22-year-old wanted by Kolonjë Police

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kolonjë Police Commissariat have referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and declared J. B., a 22-year-old resident of the village Taç, wanted.

The young man is accused of violating the security measure of “House Arrest,” as he unlawfully left his residence, breaching the legal obligation to remain confined at home, previously ordered by the court.

The police have immediately initiated investigative actions and are actively searching for J. B., while procedural materials have been sent to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further legal proceedings.

Authorities emphasize that controls will continue to apprehend him and to ensure the enforcement of judicial decisions.
