A Drenova prison officer was arrested today.
Sources for CNA report that the prosecution had been monitoring officer Rudenc Myrte for several months. According to available information, Myrte is suspected of smuggling narcotics and illegal items into the prison.
It is believed that he brought doses of the narcotic substance cannabis into the prison premises. He was arrested by the authorities following an order from the prosecution.
