Minor wanted by authorities caught, was collaborating with a 35-year-old for cannabis cultivation

Shkodër police have detained a 16-year-old who was wanted, during the police operation codenamed “Neonët 6.”

The young man is suspected of collaborating with a 35-year-old identified by the initials A. V., in adapting an apartment in the “Ndoc Mazi” neighborhood for the cultivation of narcotic plants.

The 35-year-old was using equipment with illegal electricity connections. Efforts to apprehend this individual are ongoing.
