1. KF Teuta – For misconduct by spectators, including lighting flares and endangering safety inside the stadium, fined 100,000 lek (Articles 17/1 and 17/2/c of the Disciplinary Code, KDE)
2. KF Vllaznia – Similar spectator misconduct with pyrotechnics, fined 100,000 lek (Articles 17/1 and 17/2/c KDE)
3. Albano Aleksi (KF Egnatia) – For provoking spectators, 2-match suspension (Article 14/1/f KDE)
4. KF Vora – For failing to take safety measures, causing incidents after the match, fined 50,000 lek (Article 17/1 KDE)
5. Bazio Tragaj (KF Vora official) – Assault on match officials, 6-month suspension from all FSHF activities; banned from entering stadiums during the suspension (Articles 14/1/l and 6/2/c KDE)
