The 35-year-old notary, Sanja Telhallari, has had assets worth around €3 million seized following an in-depth investigation by the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office under Prosecutor Ndini Tavani. The investigation revealed numerous transactions for real estate purchases during the period 2013–2024.

The focus is on properties acquired by the notary, including apartments, shops, parking spaces, and a villa in one of the capital’s most exclusive complexes, as well as investments in movable assets such as luxury cars and high-value items, which cannot be justified by her official income.

According to the prosecution, part of the funds used for these purchases is suspected to have come from her ex-husband, Klodian Porja, who is wanted internationally by Italian authorities and has been sentenced for “Exploitation of Prostitution,” with a penalty of up to 21 years in prison.

Through social media, the notary has publicly showcased her luxurious lifestyle, but in a statement to Top Channel, she declared that she continues to work normally in her notary office and will provide her explanations once the investigation by the prosecution and court is concluded. She denied that her ex-husband’s activities influenced her wealth and assured that her income is legal.
