Observation why so little professionalism

We often say that footballers are professionals, but this does not turn out to be complete for many of them.This is most obvious among those who approach from the market, from our observation of the Korça team, we see that they are at a low level of physical preparation, especially foreigners, who apparently do not care more about maintaining physical shape, but to market.It takes a few weeks for them to get in shape, but even that is not enough.
