POLICE / 37-year-old caught at Kapshticë with Cannabis Sativa on him

Specialists for Crime Investigation of the DVKM Korçë referred the case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the individual:

*V. B., 37 years old, residing in Athens, after leaving the Republic of Albania at the Kapshticë border crossing. During a physical inspection and the search of his vehicle, a quantity of suspected Cannabis Sativa was found and seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
