The Traffic Police Specialists arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen Sh. M., 36 years old, resident of Ersekë, after the vehicle he was driving under the influence of alcohol lost control and veered off the road, resulting in minor injuries to both the 36-year-old driver and another citizen who was a passenger in the vehicle.

Additionally, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 17-year-old for driving a vehicle without a driver’s license.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
