POLICE / Arrest in Korçë, fight in Maliq. Here is the full statement from the police

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante Sh. A., 58, resident of Korçë, for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Following preliminary information provided yesterday regarding an accident on the “Korçë-Pogradec” road, specialists from the Road Traffic Sector also arrested in flagrante E. C., 35, resident of Grabovicë, for the criminal offense of “Violation of traffic rules.”

The Maliq Police Commissariat referred the cases to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings began against:

M. F., 29, resident of Kakaç, for verbally threatening a 32-year-old woman over minor motives;

Gj. D., 43, resident of Pojan, for having a conflict with a 41-year-old and damaging the windows of his vehicle, also over minor motives.

All procedural materials have been referred to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
