POLICE / Arrest in Maliq: Violated “house arrest” order. In Korçë, 35-year-old defies the police

Services from the Maliq Police Commissariat detained K. G., 31, resident of Maliq, suspected of violating the “house arrest” measure and stealing several tools from the home of a 67-year-old.

They also referred the case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against A. S., 35, resident of Korçë, for failing to comply with a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle.

The procedural materials were submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction for further action.
