POLICE / Incidents in Korçë, Lumalas, Pogradec, Devoll, and Maliq. Here’s what happened…

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korçë Police Station have referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:

• K. L., 23 years old, and E. K., 46 years old, residents of Korçë, suspected of physically assaulting a 22-year-old with punches over trivial motives;

• A. A., 63 years old, resident of the village of Lumalas, after an illegal water supply connection was discovered at his residence.

  
  

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:

• E. Ç., 28 years old, resident of Pogradec, suspected of verbally threatening an employee of a public institution due to their official duty;

• M. B., caught carrying out unauthorized construction work.

  
  

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Devoll Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:

• A. P., 65 years old, resident of the village of Tren, suspected of verbally threatening a 42-year-old woman over trivial motives.

  
  

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korçë Local Police Directorate referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:

• S. Sh., 51 years old, resident of Maliq;

• S. Sh., 69 years old, resident of Tirana;

• L. P., 30 years old, resident of Dibër;

  
  

All three are charged with the criminal offense of “Illegal border crossing.”
