POLICE/ 3 arrests in Korçë. Incidents also in Maliq, Pojan, and Pogradec!

Traffic Police specialists arrested in flagrante delicto citizens B. J., 46, E. M., 38, and A. A., 58, after they were caught driving their vehicles under the influence of alcohol.

Also, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings began for:

B. R., 18, resident of the village Gështenjas, who on the “Korçë-Pogradec” road axis lost control of his motorcycle, which went off the road. The 18-year-old was injured and is receiving medical care at the Trauma Hospital.

A 15-year-old, after being caught driving a motorcycle without a license.

Maliq Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and declared wanted citizen A. D., 24, resident of Pojan, suspected of exercising psychological violence against his father.

In addition, criminal proceedings began against G. H., 69, resident of Pojan, suspected of illegally occupying a plot of land belonging to a 57-year-old woman.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë, for further action.
