POLICE/ Arrests in Korçë and Pogradec!

Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante citizen F. B., 62 years old, resident of Pogradec, for driving a motor vehicle without a driving license.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Sector of the Korçë Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante the following citizens:

N. F., 53 years old, resident of the village Drenovë, caught by police services driving without a license a motor vehicle suspected to be stolen. During the search, a bag with work tools, also suspected stolen, was found;

E. K., 39 years old, resident of Leshnicë, Pogradec, for violating the security measure “House Arrest” imposed by the Korçë Court, for the criminal offense of “Organizing unauthorized lotteries.”

Materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen R. M., 37 years old, resident of Pustec, suspected of exercising violence against her mother-in-law, who was granted a protection order.

Procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further actions.
