DVP Korçë / 1 citizen is put in handcuffs and 8 others are prosecuted in a free state, for various criminal offenses.

- Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists of DVP Korçë arrested in the act the citizen S. M., 34 years old, resident of Erseka, Kolonje, after driving the vehicle, in the city of Erseka, he did not obey the sign of the Police officers to stop, but has sped away performing maneuvers on the road. The Police Services pursued and detained the driver of the vehicle, who, during the escort to the premises of the Commissariat, forcefully opposed the Police employees. After the alcohol test, it turned out that the 34-year-old was driving the vehicle in a drunken state.

-Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding a road accident in the village of Bishnica, Pogradec, we inform you that the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings for the citizen Xh. Ç., 43 years old, resident of the village of Vërdovë, Pogradec, after driving a "Benz" truck on the "Bishnica-Shpelë" road, he lost control over his driving and the vehicle went off the road. As a result, the driver of the vehicle and the passenger, citizen L. Ç., 25 years old, were injured, who were sent for treatment to the hospital, where they are out of danger. From the verification carried out and during the control exercised in the truck that this citizen was driving, a quantity of grapes was found which the citizen Xh. Ç. he was transporting it without the relevant documentation.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the citizens:

Sh. E., 49 years old, resident in the village of Bishnicë, Pogradec, after allegedly threatening a 51-year-old man with words;

E. P., 60 years old, resident of Pogradec, after allegedly threatening another citizen with words;

A. L., 38 years old; B.G., 25 years old; E.K., 23 years old; A. T., a 27-year-old resident of Tirana, after a 49-year-old man was allegedly punched in the village of Bishnicë during a conflict. Criminal proceedings also began for the citizen G.E., 21 years old, resident of the village of Bishnicë (son of the 49-year-old) after his father's vehicle collided with the vehicle parked on the street of the citizen A.L., causing material damage.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further action.
