Police: A 44-year-old woman scammed in Korçë, police intervene. Cannabis found in Pogradec

The Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Specialists referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office and declared wanted citizens P. Z., 32 years old, and Sh. S., 69 years old, both residents of Korçë. They are suspected of collaborating to fraudulently obtain the ID card of a 44-year-old woman and using it to secure a bank loan from a financial institution.

Meanwhile, the Narcotics Investigation Specialists referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen S. L., 22 years old, resident of Pogradec, after a quantity of suspected cannabis was found and seized during a search of her vehicle.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance General Jurisdiction Court for further action.
