SERIOUS/ Child hit on the head by a horsefly, airlifted by helicopter because the road is damaged

The collapse of the road in the village of Bashaj, along a stretch of about 500 meters, forced the Air Forces to intervene today with a helicopter to rescue a child who had suffered a head injury two days ago from a horsefly.

The child was in serious condition and was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital in Vlorë, as an ambulance could not reach the area due to the road being unusable.

The road has been collapsed for five days, along with a section of the mountain, a problem that has also been reported in recent days.
