Serious accident early this morning, 3 people injured: one of them in critical condition

A serious road accident occurred in the early hours of this morning, about 9 kilometers from the city of Elbasan.

As a result of the accident, three people were injured. According to sources from the scene, one of the injured sustained multiple injuries and fractures, making his health condition serious. The injured were urgently transported to the hospital for specialized medical assistance.

The accident occurred at around 06:55 on the Bradashesh Roundabout–Balldren road axis, near the Paraburgimi overpass. Preliminary reports suggest that the cause of the incident was an attempted overtaking maneuver, which led to a collision with another vehicle and subsequently a loss of control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road.

Police services and ambulances arrived at the scene immediately, documenting the incident and providing first aid to the injured. Meanwhile, investigations are ongoing to fully clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.
