At around 18:50, in neighborhood no. 18, on "Petraq Shomo" street, citizen E. M., approximately 40 years old, is suspected to have jumped from the fifth-floor balcony of the building where he lives. He is currently in serious medical condition.
The investigative team is at the scene and is continuing work to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
