At the latest meeting of the Korçë Municipal Council, a decision was made to increase the price of social housing. The so-called studios will increase by 700 lek, while 1+1 apartments will increase by 1300 lek, and 2+1 apartments will increase by 1600 lek.There have been objections to this decision, but it has now been finalized.
