A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck western Japan.
It was reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was located in Shimane Prefecture in western Japan, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
There were no reports of casualties or material damage, and a tsunami warning was issued, but it was lifted a few minutes after the tremors.
