The Albanian justice system is shaken: Judge Astrit Kalaja passes away

He was born in Shkodër and graduated from the Faculty of Law with the title of “jurist.”

After completing his studies, he was appointed as a judge at the Shkodër District Court and, since 2004, served as a judge at the Shkodër Court of Appeal.

In 2011, he completed a master’s degree at the University of Tirana and also served as a member of the Electoral College.
